The engine adopts wet type cylinder liner. The cylinder is set in the cylinder block seat hole of the engine body. The upper sealing ring is arranged between the lower surface of the upper flange and the body seat hole surface. Thus, the cylinder block seat hole is sealed inside to form a closed cooling water chamber. After the cylinder liner is pressed into the body, the cooling water chamber should be tested for tightness at 392kPa pressure, and there should be no leakage everywhere. Especially carefully check the lower rubber sealing ring, so as not to leak cooling water into the oil pan to dilute the oil. 1, the use and maintenance of cylinder liner :1) in the process of use should be maintained in the condition of no air filter installation. And often clean the air filter, in order to improve its filtering effect, reduce the wear of cylinder liner.
(2) Maintain a good cooling state. In a cold environment, it is necessary to preheat before cold starting. After starting, the machine must be fully warmed. When the water temperature rises to more than 40ºC, it can be gradually loaded and operated. Strictly prevent running under the condition of water cut off or high water temperature, so as to avoid the failure of pulling cylinder or holding cylinder. (3) overload operation is strictly prohibited. (4) Periodically remove and check the cylinder liner. Detect the clearance between it and the piston. If serious wear or abnormal damage is found, it should be repaired or replaced in time to avoid serious air leakage, resulting in power reduction or serious cylinder pulling accidents. 2, cylinder liner disassembly and inspection cylinder liner working condition is poor, its working condition directly affects the normal operation of diesel engine, so it should be periodically disassembly and inspection. The steps are as follows :(1) Remove the cylinder head and clean up the carbon at the top of the cylinder sleeve. Remove piston connecting rod unit. (2) Check whether the inner surface of the cylinder liner is damaged by cylinder pulling or crack, and measure its inner diameter, as shown in Figure 3.1-3. During the measurement, an inside gauge can be used to measure the apertures at four different positions in sequence within the piston stroke range, as shown in Figure 3.1-4. At each measuring position, measurements were made along the axial x-x and vertical Y-Y directions of the body. According to the comparison between the actual size and the actual size of the piston skirt, the minimum clearance is obtained. If the clearance value is greater than 0.6mm, the cylinder liner should be replaced. (3) Remove the cover of the gas shed. Special tools are required to remove the cylinder liner, as shown in Figure 3.1-5. Make the screw through the cylinder liner out of the bottom surface of the cylinder liner, hang the support plate at the extended end of the screw. Rotate the handle nut 1, as shown in Figure 3.1-, and drive the support plate upward through the screw to pull the cylinder liner out of the seat hole.
