Three, fuel injection pump
(I) Z-type fuel injection pump
1. Structural characteristics of fuel injection pump
6190 diesel fuel injection pump is a synthetic piston pump. The pump body of the basic type is a split type structure (Z-type pump for short), and its structure is shown in Figure 6.3-1. It is mainly composed of oil pump body, pump oil couple, oil control mechanism and transmission mechanism.
2. Use and maintenance of fuel injection pump
(1) The diesel oil entering the injection pump must be strictly filtered.
(2) Regularly check the oil supply advance Angle and the evenness of the oil supply of each cylinder, which must be kept within the prescribed range.
(3) Check the oil level and oil quality in the oil pump regularly. To this end, the oil must be replaced in time. The method is: open the screw 48 to release the oil in the body, and then add clean new oil from the oil scale seat hole.
(4) Always check whether the moving mechanism of the fuel injection pump is flexible, and whether there are abnormal phenomena such as stuck in the adjustment rod 18, plunger couple 28 and camshaft.
(5) It is strictly prohibited to wash the injection pump with water, and the check hole cover must be strictly sealed. During use, the oil gun should also be used regularly to the plunger spring 5. Gear ring 1, gear rod 18 surface spray oil to prevent corrosion.
(6) After the diesel engine is shut down for a long time or dismantled, air is easy to enter the system. The air in the oil circuit of the injection pump must be discharged before starting. The method is: unscrew the exhaust screw 32 on both sides of the upper end of the fuel injection pump, so that the diesel oil with bubbles overflow, until there are no bubbles, and then tighten the exhaust screw.
3. Disassembly and inspection of fuel injection pump
The fuel injection pump is a precise component. Its inspection and adjustment must be carried out on the test bench, do not only according to the level of cylinder exhaust temperature, arbitrary site inspection and adjustment. The disassembly, inspection and adjustment of fuel injection pump should be carried out by specially trained personnel, or consult the technical service personnel of the manufacturer.
(2)P, type injection pump
Model B and model G are equipped with model P fuel injection pump assembly, with oil pump, governor and fine-tuning mechanism. The structure is shown in Figure 6.3-2. The oil pump is double acting and has a hand pump. The governor is RSUV(Z) type governor. P, the pump adopts the integral fully enclosed pump body. Hanging flange. The pumping system uses a pre-installed suspension structure of the plunger sleeve suspended in the flange sleeve, by pressing into the flange sleeve of the dowel pin positioning. Plunger couple.
